This workshop teaches you strategies to gain market leadership, by focusing on your values, while differentiating from your competitors and being able to drive and react to change.
This half day workshop, based on the principles of Blue Ocean Strategy, will provide startups and growing companies with practical tools to identify their ultimate sources of value, and to stand the best chance for their business to grow in 2010!
Companies such as EasyJet, Calloway, Apple, and First Direct succeeded in winning new customers and establishing a position of market leadership. In this workshop you will learn how to apply these rules to your company with hands-on group exercises.
You will learn to apply the best strategy tools to:
- Understand your competitive landscape and your “real” competition
- Map what your customers value and why they buy from you
- Learn where to cut out costs that are not adding value
- Determine the gaps in the market that are ripe for innovation
- Identify what you need to create that will give you a competitive edge
